5th Africa DNS Forum to be held in Tanzania, 26 - 28 July 2017

The 5th Africa Domain Name System (DNS) Forum 2017 will be held at Dar Es Salam, in Tanzania, in the period from 26 to 28 July 2017, as it is considered  the most important annual event in Africa in DNS industry. In fact, this esteemed event is organized by Africa Top Level Domains Organization (AfTLD) in Africa, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), and the Internet Society (ISOC).

Egypt, represented by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), is keen to attend this significant annual event which aims to bring together stakeholders and all interested parties in the region and pioneering international experts in this field in order to exchange expertise and learn about the latest advancements and developments in this industry. It is worth mentioning that domain names industry in Africa will benefit and grow at competitive rates so that they can keep pace with the latest advancements in this area.

The forum is expected to be attended by the key stakeholders, government representatives, policy makers from the African region and the whole world, and businessmen who are interested in investing in the African DNS, where important discussions will be held emphasizing opportunities in this industry in Africa.
