GSMA Mobile World Congress 2018 To be Held in Barcelona

The Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 is organized by the GSMA in Barcelona, Spain in the period from 26 February to 1 March. It will be held this year under the theme "Creating a Better Future". MWC is the world's largest annual global event for the mobile industry that provides the best venue for mobile industry business opportunities and agreements in the mobile sector.

MWC 2018 will gather all stakeholders from all around the world to hold meetings with all officials from governmental authorities and private sector in the ICT industry, namely the mobile phone industry. NTRA's delegation will hold meetings with gigantic telecom companies and operators such as Nokia, Samsung, Hawawi, Ericsson, Cisco and ZTE to discuss the most important developments in the Egyptian market, and keep abreast with the latest technologies in telecom technology and future projects of these companies.

 GSMA exhibition, being the world's major exhibition in ICT field features a large number of exhibitors in various areas of interest, such as quality of service, licensing, quality assurance, broadband and spectrum interference devices. The MWC agenda will discuss several topics specific to each day of the event, as it focuses on better service providers, 5G and Next Generation technologies, mobile networks, mobile advertising, the values of large data and IoT, the basics of the digital economy, mobile and digital technologies.
