NTRA participated in the following meetings of ITU Council study groups

​Within the framework of the activities of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a delegation from the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) participates in the following meetings of ITU Council study groups:

  • ​September 28, 2015: ITU Premises ,  This Study Group has been formed to include all the Member States to discuss all proposals related to ITU's Premises with the aim of augmenting  the Union's effectiveness and assessing all financial proposals.
  • 29 to 30 September 2015: World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) - the implementation of the Summit outcomes , this Study Group has been formed to facilitate the implementation of the Union's outcomes and results and outcomes of WSIS  and make an assessment on an annual bases of the actions and measures taken by the Union with regard to these results implementation.
  • October 1 to 2, 2015: The Council's Working Group on international Internet-related Public Policy Issues , this Working Group has been formed to identify, study and consider the international internet-related public policy issues  to the Internet, then publish its activities results among ITU's member states on a regular basis.​
