Consumer's Rights:
1- Consumers have the right to be safe and secured from any harms caused by high technology.
2- Consumers have the right to select service and service vendors.
3- Consumers have the right to complain and have the complaint feedback.
4- Consumers have the right to receive clear and complete terms and conditions for service agreement and disclosure of prices for goods and services.
5- Consumers have the right to be informed with technical information about services and how to use them.
6- Consumers have the right to have a compensation in case of any down time.
7- Consumers have the right to terminate any services offered.
8- Consumers have the right to live in a healthy environment for the customer and their families .
9- Consumers have the right to address how well state and federal regulators monitor and implement consumer protection on their behalf.
10- Consumers have the right to personnel privacy, to have protection from unauthorized use of their records and personal information and to reject intrusive communications and technology without the contradiction with the law.
11- Consumers have the right to receive competent professional services.
12- Consumers have the right to have understandable and accurate bills for services they authorize and opportunity of escalation for problems they encounter.
Consumer's Duties:
- No deal with unlicensed companies which provide services.
- Inform about any illegal case for example passing international calls.
- Don't violate conditions of service providers.
- Inform about any stolen line.
