Coordinating with them and following up to improve the quality of services, and making all information transparently available to the consumer to know the truth about the quality of services provided to him to help him get the opportunity to choose the best.

As well as protecting the interest of the consumer by receiving all complaints of communication services that the consumer faces, to coordinate and follow closely with operators and service providers to work on resolving all complaints fairly, and to support the consumer in all ways and means to obtain all his rights.
