NTRA Launches Graduation Projects Competition for Engineering, Computing, and AI Students

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) announces the launch of its Graduation Projects Competition for final-year students in Engineering, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence faculties, aiming to foster innovative digital solutions for Egypt’s ICT sector.

Competition Tracks

Track 1 – Completed Projects (Academic Year 2024/2025)
This track targets projects completed during the 2024/2025 academic year, selecting the best projects that demonstrate innovation and practical digital solutions addressing local challenges using modern technologies.

Track 2 – Ongoing Projects (Academic Year 2025/2026)
This track focuses on projects still under development, aiming to create digital/electronic services, products, or systems that contribute to:

• Advancing Egypt’s telecommunications market

• Developing solutions for strategic state sectors using advanced digital technologies

Awards and Support

Winning projects in both tracks will receive financial prizes for the student teams and their respective faculties. Some ongoing projects may also receive technical and organizational support to maximize their developmental and technical impact.
