With reference to the provisions of Law No. 24 of 2023, which establishes the daylight saving time system starting from the last Friday of April each year, the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has issued instructions regarding the working hours of telecom service provider outlets and customer service times starting Friday, April 25.

The working hours are as follows:

• Sunday to Wednesday (excluding Thursday and Friday): 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Outlets located within shopping centers must adhere to the operating hours set by those centers.
