The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) announces the opening of registration for companies wishing to be listed in its Suppliers, Contractors, and Consultants Registry across various activities, including but not limited to:

• Supply of machinery, equipment, computers, and accessories

• Supply of office tools, equipment, and stationery

• Supply of furniture and electrical appliances

• Construction, finishing, and decoration works

• Supply of cleaning and healthcare materials

• Insurance services (medical, life, property, etc.)

• Security and guarding services

• Consultancy services

• Catering services for NTRA staff

• Advertising, and organizing sports, cultural, and social events

Application Period: Companies may submit their applications within 10 working days from the date of this announcement.

Required Documents:

1. A recent copy of the company’s commercial registration showing its legal status.

2. A copy of the tax card indicating the main activity and start date.

3. A certified copy of the company’s incorporation contract, articles of association, or latest capital structure.

4. A copy of the VAT registration certificate.

5. For construction companies: a copy of registration with the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors.

6. Company contact information, including email, mailing address, and phone numbers.

7. Company portfolio detailing previous and current projects in the field of registration, including client names, addresses, and contact details, along with copies of contracts or award letters.

Submission: Applications and documents should be submitted in person at NTRA headquarters, Building B4, Smart Village, and a copy of all documents must also be sent via email to: procurement@tra.gov.eg
