The seminars also witnessed the presence of a distinguished group of executive leaders, experts, and representatives of government agencies in the governorate.

The seminars discussed NTRA’s pivotal role in regulating telecom market and safeguarding users’ rights. Furthermore, initiatives to users were showcased and vital topics such as cybersecurity fundamentals, methods for protecting personal data and devices, especially mobile phones, preventing cyber threats, as well as concepts of digital transformation and the benefits of available digital services were tackled.

This comes within NTRA’s campaign: “Know Your Rights and Services, Protect Your Device and Data,” and in line with its ongoing efforts to promote digital literacy among members of the State’s administrative apparatus as well as all society segments. The campaign also aims to empower citizens at distant governorates to ensure digital transformation inclusiveness across the whole country, and thereby supporting the State’s efforts to achieve digital transformation and build a secure knowledge-based community.
