The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ outlets, as well as for audience interaction, during the holy month of Ramadan to be as follow:

Before Iftar:

• Throughout the week: From 10:00 AM. To 4:00 PM.
• On Friday: From 1:30 PM. To 4:30 PM

After Iftar:

• Throughout the week: From 8:30 PM. To 11:30 PM.
• On Thursday and Friday: From 8:30 PM. To 12:00 AM.

Whereas the telecom outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the official working hours of these malls.
