Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decree in respect to the opening and closure times of stores and commercial shopping centers in winter, effective October 1, 2021, The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) issued instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ outlets and for audience-servicing as follow:

• Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: From 9:00 A.M. to 9.30 P.M.
• Thursday: From 9:00 A.M. to 10.30 P.M.
• Friday: From 2:00 P.M. to 10.30 P.M.
•  Telecom outlets at shopping malls shall commit to the official working hours thereof.
