The National Telecom Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) issued instructions in respect to the working hours of operators’ outlets and for audience-servicing during Eid Al-Adha Al- Mubarak, to be as follow:

First day of Eid Al-Adha (Tuesday, July 20, 2021):

Will be an official holiday for all points of sale and service centers of operators, except for those located at the commercial centers and shopping malls.

As of Eid Al-Adha’s second day (Wednesday, July 21, 2021):

Services will be provided to audience at all the operators’ points of sale as well as affiliated service centers in accordance with the timings previously set forth:

Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: From 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.
Thursday: From 9:00 A.M. to 11.30 P.M.
.Friday: From 2:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.
