Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 933 of 2021, in respect to the closure of stores and commercial shopping centers at 9.00 P.M. as of today the 6^th of May until the 21^st of May 2021, The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) issued instructions in regard to the working hours of telecom operators’ outlets and audience-servicing during the time of enforcement as follow:

Audience-servicing times during the remaining days of Ramadan Holy Month:

• All over the week: from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.
• Friday: from 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.

Audience-servicing times during Eid Al-Fitr until the end of the 21^st of May, 2021

• Day one of Eid Al-Fitr: from 2.00 P.M. to 8.30 P.M.
• The remaining days of Eid Al-Fitr until the end of the 21^st of May 2021: from 9.30 A.M. to 8.30 P.M.
• Friday: from 2.00 P.M. to 8.30 P.M.
