Yasmina Alaa is the manager of numbering department in NTRA since 2011.

She is a master’s degree holder in electronics and communications Engineer.

During her working years in NTRA, she has always been keen to enhance the telecommunication revenue from the numbering resources. However, after the existence of new technologies such as IoT, M2M, It has been always a challenge to manage the existing number plan to implement such new services based on ITU standards.

She also serve as associate rapporteur for Q3/2 (WP1/2)  in ITU-SG2
