The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) gave instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operators’ points of sale, and for audience transactions, during Eid Al-Fitr to be as follow:

First day of Eid Al-Fitr: All telecom outlets will be closed.

As of the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, working hours of telecom outlets will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 midnight.

Whereas operators’ outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
