The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt issued instructions regarding the working hours of telecom service providers’ Points of Sale and their customer service hours during the holy month of Ramadan as follow:

Before Iftar:
• Weekdays except Friday: From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Friday: From 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

After Iftar:
• Weekdays except Thursday & Friday: From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Thursday & Friday: From 8:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.

Whereas telecom Points of Sale at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
