The National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) participated in the seventh edition of the “Upper Egypt in the Spotlight” conference, held in Aswan Governorate from April 24 to 26, 2025. The event was attended by Eng. Amr Lasheen, Deputy Governor of Aswan, Dr. Loay Saad El-Din Nosrat, Acting President of Aswan University, along with senior university leaders, representatives of major companies, students, and researchers.

The NTRA delivered interactive lectures on its role in regulating the Egyptian telecommunications market, an introductory session on the Cybercrime Law No. 175 of 2018, in addition to a lecture on modern cybersecurity technologies.
