Regulatory Rules
The National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) issues regulatory frameworks that regulate new telecom services to ensure the development and deployment of telecom services in a way that keeps abreast of the the state-of-the-art technologies and meets the users’ needs at the most appropriate prices. The NTRA, also, determines the general bases that telecom operators and service providers comply with, by issuing the regulatory rules that ensure the provision of telecommunications services to users in full transparency, and without any discrimination, while guaranteeing free competition among the telecom service providers.
