Since joining the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt, he has been in charge of smart city applications/systems and Participated in the preparation, offering, evaluation and contracting processes for smart city systems in Egypt.

He participated in updating the codes issued by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority for design and implementation of the telecommunication network infrastructure. Prior to NTRA, he Worked for shaker consultancy group as a design engineer during which he participated in many projects including Cairo New Capital and Zewail University.
