Mr. Eslam Mohamed Kamal, graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University in 2006 with grade V. good with honour grade, and obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in 2021, has experience in telecommunication field more than 16 Years.

During my journey in communication field, for more than 9 years I dealt with all mobile technology related to largest operators in middle east in area of RF Field for planning and optimization services. He is a Manager, Spectrum Monitoring Lap. Meas.

Since Joining NTRA responsible for spectrum monitoring, and ensure every license holder using its frequency and bandwidth which comply with conditions of license, Handling Interference complains from different organizations which affect their wireless operations, ensuring occurrence of interference and follow the source of interference till detect the source and remove it, Filed Survey for ensuring free specific bands of spectrum to occupy by new service, special measurements  and tests for new services and new devices. All spectrum measurements needed for different entities in Egypt.
