Eng. Mohamed Khalifa

Mr. Mohamed Khalifa is a Senior Radio Spectrum engineer with over 6 years of telecommunication regulatory and industry experience. He holds Bachelor degree of communication and electrical engineering from Cairo University.

Mr. Khalifa joined the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt as Radio Spectrum Engineer since 2016 and in 2021; he promoted to be senior engineer of frequency international Coordination department.

Mr. Khalifa participated in national project to deploy Egyptian satellite networks, including NILESAT-301 and TIBA-1 in geostationary orbit also he is Responsible of the activities related to international coordination of the NGSO Egyptian satellites, in addition, he had the knowledge to deal with different modelling software’s such as Matlab , AGI STK and Visualyse. Mr. Khalifa, represented Egypt as a member of the Egyptian delegation to the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19), and also, he is serving as Rapporteur for some agenda items regarding satellite service issues in (WRC-23) on behalf of African telecommunication union (ATU) and Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG).
