Mohamed Maher Mohamed Ezzat El-Bahii, graduated from Faculty of Engineering, German University in Cairo in 2015, and obtained Master of Business Administration from Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport in 2020, has experience in NTRA over 7 years. He is a Senior Engineer Spectrum Occupancy.

Responsible for monitoring spectrum and ensure every license holder using its frequency and bandwidth which comply with conditions of license, handling interference complains from different organizations which affect their wireless operations, ensuring occurrence of interference and follow the source of interference till detect the source and remove it, field survey for ensuring free specific bands of spectrum to occupy by new service, cooperate with other organizations in field power measurements and other spectrum Tests, using Mobile Monitoring stations and portable equipment using for Spectrum Monitoring, responsible for determine which suitable equipment is required for every spectrum monitoring task and put workout flow chart and follow up new ways and equipment to make recommendation of using then in upcoming tests and all activities related to the field survey and technical measurements/tests of new wireless networks and signal analysis of modern signals and carry out technical measurements for new services.
