Mr. Mohamed Abdelghany has also contributed to the work of World Radiocommunication conferences as an agenda item coordinator for the Egyptian administration, the Arab Spectrum Management Group (ASMG) and the African Telecommunication Union (ATU). Mr. Abdelghany has more than 15 years of experience in the field of spectrum management both on the national and international levels, he is considered one of Egypt’ experts in spectrum planning and engineering, Radio Regulations, and wireless radiocommunication technologies. In 2019, he received Best Research Paper Award from the Second ITS Regional Conference for the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Abdelghany holds Master of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Cairo University in 2018, and B.Sc. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University in 2003.
